01Data We Collect

We collect: account information (name, email, bcrypt-hashed password), transaction records (deposits, orders, refunds, referral commissions), keys you store in Key Storage, support ticket content, PID Checker usage counts, and technical data (IP address, browser, session tokens). We do not collect or store payment card data — crypto payments are handled by a third-party payment processor.

02How We Use Data

Your data is used to: provide and operate the service, process orders and wallet transactions, calculate membership ranks, attribute referral commissions, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.

03Cryptocurrency Payments

Crypto deposits are processed by a third-party payment provider. We receive payment confirmations (amount, currency, status, transaction hash) — never your wallet private keys. We do not publicly disclose which payment processor we use.

04Key Storage Privacy

Keys saved to Key Storage are private — they are visible only to your account and are never shared with other users. If you delete a stored key it is permanently removed from our database.

05Cookies & Referral Tracking

We use session cookies required for authentication and a referral cookie (30 days) to attribute signups to referrers. No third-party advertising trackers are used.

06Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active and as required for financial record-keeping. Purchased license keys remain accessible in your order history indefinitely. Support tickets and audit logs are retained for dispute resolution.

07Security

Passwords are bcrypt-hashed. Sessions use signed JWTs. API keys are stored hashed. Wallet changes, admin actions, and rank movements are logged. No system is perfectly secure, but we apply industry-standard practices.

08Your Rights

You may request a copy or deletion of your personal data by opening a support ticket. Transaction records may be retained for legal compliance even after account deletion. EU/UK residents may exercise GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability) via the same channel.
