By accessing or using BulkWare ("the Platform", "we", "us"), operated by Global Digital Distribution Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. The Platform is a B2B wholesale marketplace intended for resellers, IT companies, and digital stores purchasing digital license keys, e-pins and vouchers in bulk.
You must register an account to purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information; accounts created with false details may be suspended. One account per business entity — multi-accounting for bonus or referral abuse is prohibited.
All products are digital goods delivered electronically to your order page once payment from your wallet balance is confirmed. Tiered wholesale pricing applies per product; minimum order quantities are displayed on each product page (typically 50 units, reduced for higher membership ranks). Prices are in USD and may change without notice.
The Platform operates on a prepaid wallet system. Funds are added via cryptocurrency payments processed by our payment provider and credited after the required blockchain confirmations. Deposit bonuses shown on the deposit page are applied automatically. All deposits and purchases are recorded in your transaction ledger, which is the authoritative record of wallet movements.
Lifetime deposit volume determines your membership rank (Bronze → Diamond). Ranks grant order discounts, reduced minimum order quantities, priority support and tool unlocks as described on the deposit page. Rank benefits are calculated at checkout time; we may adjust thresholds or benefits with notice.
Referral links credit the referrer a commission on each qualifying deposit made by referred accounts. Referral earnings are credited to wallet balance and do not count toward membership rank progression. Self-referrals, fake accounts, or incentive abuse voids commissions and may suspend both accounts.
Key Storage lets you save, organize and track license keys — both purchased here and owned elsewhere. Saved keys are private and visible only to you. The PID Checker tool is rate-limited and may require a paid lifetime unlock; it is provided "as is" for identification purposes and does not guarantee activation results.
API keys grant programmatic order placement and balance checks. Keep your API key secret — orders placed through it are your responsibility. We may rate-limit or revoke keys used for scraping, abuse, or reselling access.
Keys purchased are for resale or internal use as permitted by the applicable license terms. You may not use the Platform for fraud, carding, distribution of illegitimately-obtained keys, or any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms and to withhold balance associated with fraudulent activity.
The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or third-party license revocations outside the warranty window. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via the announcements system. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
